I repeat why is Tench worth six figures and transit workers are not allowed to make a living wage? What a stupid question. They're "allowed" to make as much money as they're capable of earning. If they don't think they're getting paid enough at their current (taxpayer funded) jobs, they can always look for more lucrative opportunities elsewhere. Why can't they try to get raise? Why do they have to find another job? Don't worry though. We're well on our way to becoming the Fascist States of America that you obviously are pining for, where economic and personal freedoms are "allowed" or "disallowed" at the whims of our government overlords.. Another winger ideologue......why don't you people form your own country?
