OK, now you're going into la-la land. "It's a conspiracy," according to you.

Still no answer to why BART salaries need to go up. Your answer, which is "they should be allowed to negotiate for it," is stupid and doesn't address the issue.

Of course the BART unions are going to demand as much as they can get. Of course it's their right to. The question is not whether they should be allowed to demand that much, but whether management should give in to their demands.

That's the question that you refuse to answer or even acknowledge.
