I want the irresponsible Honey Boo Boo's of this country to pay more for the health risks they take. For the folks like QO, who take care of themselves, they should get a break. Risk behavior deserves higher health care costs. That is what is fair. If you ask me to subsidize the young kid who's parents can't afford health care, I'll say let's do it. That's a worthy cause. But ask me to subsidize the fat guy or the old person and I say, let them figure things out for themselves. The fat guy needs to lead a healthier life and the old person shouldn't be taking from the younger generations, but rather we should be taking care of the younger generations.
