One of the reasons for my puts is their claim of 240 million users. My take is that they have 240 million emails and a small fraction of that many users. I'm pretty sure they count me as a user(former as I unsubscribed) even though I've never done a thing with my "account". Their recent high in the $250s represented almost thirty time sales and that's a thirty billion dollar market cap which is completely unreasonable. That's a pharmaceutical ipo 'we have a cure for cancer' valuation. I did a quick look see at the insider sales and Hoffman has cashed over $350million just in the last couple of months. They are a Sonsini creation and have been orchestrated from beginning to now to maximize wealth for the already wealthy early private investors. Been there done that multi-millionaires.
