Obama says he is willing to talk to Republicans. He has said repeatedly that he will not negotiate with them. He is using dodgy language to try to reduce the correct public opinion of him being intractable.

When we have high officials who are fundamentally dishonest we are in deep trouble. Is there anyone in this Administration who has even a small bit of honesty or decency?
