<<I've take a position in this firm at $5. I suggest all of you on this thread set aside
your lawsuit emotions and check the following:

1. Cash per share compared to stock price.
2. Book value per share compared to stock price.
3. Sales per share compared to stock price.
4. Cash flow (profit plus depreciation) per share compared to stock price.

After you check these figures, if you can find another stock with better fundementals
(one that is not incurring astronomical loses), please post that stock on this thread
so that I can invest in it.>>

JAG:
1. Cash per share compared to stock price.
How much of those cash will go cover the operating losses and payment to lawyers and angry shareholder like me?

2. Book value per share compared to stock price.
After the losses, profit adjustments, and legal problems, will the current book value still stand?

3. Sales per share compared to stock price.
Sales per share is for history. What about the current quarter and beyond?

4. Cash flow (profit plus depreciation) per share compared to stock price.
It is hard to imagine a positive cash flow in this quarter and near future.

In conclusion, you can almost pick any semiconductor stocks with at least some positive earnings. They are all very very cheap. Why pick SIII?
