What's happened to you? Why are you asking such non-relevant and unimportant questions? It is almost as if some aliens abducted you, brainwashed you, and put you back on line to pester the company with queries that obviously are not significant enough to be disclosed in SEC documents.
So what if someone has a suit against Oilex that could result in a possible judgment of over $1,400,000? Why would anyone think that could have a "material adverse affect" on the company? Even if such a thing did happen, the company could just allocate the next20 quarters' revenues to satisfying that judgment. No big deal, right? And why would you expect the company to respond to your hard questions, anyway? The fact that they do not accept certified mail should tell you they do not have time to reply to every piddling thing that some insignificant shareholder wants to know. You should ask important questions like, how many trillions of barrels are going to be pumped out of the 40+-year-old Big Foot field in the next few months? Or how about, how many zillions of dollars are we going to get from the Australian royalties in the month ahead?
Quit worrying about such minor nuisances as undisclosed law suits, unanswered questions concerning management structure, unfilled promises of vastly increased production and revenues, consultants being paid $20,000/month or 800,000 shares of Oilex stock, etc., etc., etc. Concentrate on the positive virtues of the company, like the "Miracle of Big Foot". Don't worry, be happy. Join the cheerleading squad.

If everyone quit bitching and bought stock instead, we might drive the price up to, say 11 « cents per share. Now there's a worthy goal.
So, Offie, get with the program. No more hard questions. Stop being a troublemaker. Get on the bandwagon and join the fun. That way, you won't receive any more posts questioning your motives, agenda, shareholder status, race, religion, creed, color, sexual preference, or even who you bet on in last night's Cowboy game.
