Unfortunately, the flaws in health care law are abundant. In Massachusetts, the law was sold as a means to reduce e-room visits. But now there are studies that show e-room visits have risen since passage. PCP's are very overloaded now and often instruct patients to use the e-room for routine and preventative services.
