Not you, anyone. I am asking how you could practically change this countries constitutional Republic.

Either you change it, or accept what is there.

What you want, a constitutional Republic has to be effected somehow and that can only be done through the democratic process. Which means only a democracy works. We know how to do that.

It does no good to keep harping on we are a constitutional Republic without putting that refrain in some sort of context.
