The report was up around mid-day pst. I suspect buzz will be poping up soon. I hope so because he REALLY understood the numbers. Unfortunately, I don't but I can give you my opinion.

The report seems to be very good and should see a good rally today I would think. The swap in oil at $19.61 and gas no lower than 3.02 seem very agreeable to me and should prevent any damage should the price per barrel drop below those marks due to international affairs or less-than-bad weather this winter (when gas prices usually go up due to usage).

I was kind of dissapointed that the report didn't mention if they found good prospects with the 3-d survey. Although they did mention that drilling would begin in the 1stQ. This would lead me to believe they indeed do have some idea of the prospects being out there.

Prospects seemed to be up in the North giddings field which have produced well so far and should keep up the pace of production through the year and into next quarter. I don't know how long the production on these wells will last in length though.

It was also good to see they area recognizing the need to grow beyond the giddings field area and "diversify" there drilling areas into the missisippi areas etc. I think it'll be a positive, long term, plan.
