Or (by Occam's Razor Principle) this can also be some 24-27 OXHP holders, who have been (and understandbly so) nervous since the OXHP non-presentation and that are selling at the least non-positive news , ie : yesterday the WSJ article and today the infamous 10000th lawsuit.
