We have medicare in Canada. In the Canadian province I live in health care costs are approximately 1/2 of the total provincial government budget, not counting what the federal government spends. Just so you all can see where you are headed.
Everything is covered but you better hope you don't get sick as the lineups and waiting times are horrendous.
Anytime you give something away for free you wil create insatiable demand for the service.
