It seems to me that IOM wants a stock price in the mid teens after the split. As per there release,...options for employees etc.

If the million sold announcements are timed, as I suspect they are, then a new one after the split could very well give the employee's of IOM a very nice Christmas present. Especially if the release is for more than the one million milestone.

If I were IOM I'd be buying a few of the shares being sold today to increase the EPS for the quarter, then again, maybe they (EPS) are already going to be high enough.

Looking for a very good earnings release in Jan. Holding tight on the Feb and May options and will look to buy more.
