RavMan, you are right the release does not mention reducing the float. The release form last week did say that the Total Outstanding Shares had been reduced to 4.5 Million. The last figure I had was 3 million in the float, but I have heard that a fairly large portion of shares are being held by long termers. Here is last weeks release: biz.yahoo.com Cheryl
