Well, I can tell you that traditionally, I've been a supporter of the military, but I'd be just fine with Obama closing half the bases around the world. He can start by closing the bases in Europe, South Korea, and Japan, as well as pulling out of the MIddle East. We're about to pump more oil than Russia next year. Exactly, why do we still give two shits about the Middle East? We spend $1 trillion a year on military bullshit and Obama said he'd cut back on all that crap. Instead, he's increased the size of the military and militarized our homeland police force. He's broken his promises and for that, I wish I had not voted for him.
Oh and btw, who cares what the GOP thinks? They are an irrelevant party now, full of whiners and intellectual midgets. The Dems are no better, having decided that Communism and Socialism are better than Capitalism. We need a third party. I think many Americans think the same thing. |
