Devin Slager, the M3 analyst who wrote the Cabec report, said, ''In addition to initiating formal research coverage on Cabec, we have also taken an equity position in the company as an expression of our commitment.

I just hope that this doesn't mean that they have been paid in shares for writing a favorable report ala Mark Schultz.
