If you want to go to a different doc who doesn't take Medicare or is out of your network, your option is to pay full fare... When I have needed surgery on a knee and a shoulder, I went into Manhattan to get the surgery.... Could have gotten it here but chose to go to a place I thought was better... Message 29130338
