I believe I had answered this previously. The notarized cedula judicial copy that I have, is an eviction filing against the company, filed in Managua, Nicaragua, October 2, 1997, at 9:30 am. The filing was entered by Empresa Corporacion De Zonas Francas, against Empresa Baron's Internacional, S.A. I am aware the company had payment problems in the past. Bancentro had extended the loan back on March 8th, 1996 and had given the company 60 days to reorganize. The maturity dates of the two loans at that time were 6-29-96, and 5-01-96.
