I don't have the New York Times articles yet. An abbreviated Reuters snippet said that OXHP's alibi that losses are attributable to computer problems is falling apart. Do the Times articles state in any detail why this so-called alibi is falling apart? If so, is there any suggestion what the "real" reason for the losses might be?
