Good stuff. I'd like to submit this for the Post of the Year award. I think a little differently on this one point: Unfortunately, with increasing numbers of people and increasing amounts of diversity in culture and background, it is impossible to control the complexity. That's not really unfortunate. It's good. That's how life is, and should be. Even people of similar backgrounds are all very different. They like to be free. Otherwise life would be sh*t. Actually, I'm sure you don't think that's unfortunate. Guess that's just the way the sentence came out... :) You nailed it.
