There you have it, in your own words. The fine tuning is already built in from the beginning in the laws of the quantum mechanics, that is the software and the material universe itself is the computer. Designs emerging thru natural selection and by chance all the time, everywhere you look and time is what you have plenty of.

Why keep repeating what i've been saying all along?
