Virgil, Go back and read posts from Aug 96. You'll find that TSEMF was in good shape than and was trading below cash value. From memory they were at about $6 with $7.50 cash. The price just sat there at $6. Remember that under their laws a buyback is not legal, so the only thing that shifted the stock was the $1.50 dividend. I understand your frustration I've been there with TSEMF before. IMHO All that you can do with this stock is sit on the sidelines until you see some strong trading patterns and then jump in with a truck load of cash. Happy trading Slob
