At the very least it has huge problems. When into the third week, and enrollments are pitiful -- apparently well below 100K at this point, and half of those are Medicaids. At this point, the problem is starting to look far more serious than just website issues; the premiums are too high and the plans unimpressive.

If enrollments don't turn around exchange premiums will have to up in a big way during the critical first year or two when they're still trying to build enrollments.

A terrible mess they've created. The only real hope is that people who are losing coverage due to the exchanges will make up the difference. I doubt it.
