DFNL Questions on the news release today... ~ LAKE PARK, Fla., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Sage Entertainment, a wholly owned subsidiary of Definition, LTD. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL) has entered into an exclusive agreement to market the "Legend" series.~ QUESTION: What is the chain of title of the footage and do they own it? Is it in Blue Sage or DFNL's Libray? If it is in DFNL's Library why does DFNL need Blue Sage???? ~This series consists of four one hour documentaries by the Beatles, Rolling Stores, Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley. Each video contains footage not previously released. ~ QUESTION: Is this OUT takes or footage released by the enities or rather where did they get the footage? ~The agreement is for five years and covers the U.S. and Canadian market. Blue Sage Entertainment has secured the services of the largest U.S. distributor of audio and video products to provide nationwide distribution. Donna Anderson, President of Blue Sage Entertainment, states preliminary projections provided by the distributor, are conservatively estimated at $3,000,000 for the first quarter of 1998. This projects into $.25 per share pre-tax earnings.~ QUESTION: Who is the distribution firm? (Most of the time the distributor firm is named in a new release.) By what presisdence are they basing these numbers on? This appears to have a lot of holes as usual in it. Maybe one of the touters can answers these questions? JMO
