I was watching AC360 tonite.......and a moderate R from PA was on the show. First of all, I can't tell you how strange it was to listen to a moderate R who is openly for passing a clean CR. But what was most interesting is that he could not explain why Boehner has done what he's done the past few weeks...........why he has reversed his positions from March and July and gone along with the teapers in holding the gov't hostage. This moderate R claims that Boehner's Speaker position is not in jeopardy. I found it very strange that even House Rs don't know what the hell is happening to them.

Earlier, they had on Alex Castellanos, an R strategist, along with the VP of some teaper group. During the discussion, Castellanos first put down the teaper and then made a joke about Ted Cruz. If you could have seen the teaper bristle..........I thought he might explode. I think that marks the beginning of the end of the teaper movement in the GOP.

Finally, this past weekend the Texans were playing in Houston. The Texans have not been to happy with their QB, Matt Schaub............he hasn't performed this season as expected. When the Texans played the Seahawks, they actually booed Schaub when he passed for an interception. Well this past weekend, Schaub got sacked and popped an ankle. The Texan fans actually cheered............cheered that their QB had gone down. For me, that is a typical example of the kind of ugliness we are seeing in this country..........whether in Congress or in stadiums.
