Do you support raising the debt ceiling without stipulations?
You didn't ask me, but I'll answer because you ask a very good question.

I would not support raising the debt ceiling without stipulations. However, I would be more reasonable in my stipulations. Getting ObamaCare repealed is not reasonable IMO for several reasons, most of which are political.

Good to hear.

I would support a scaling back of ObamaCare, including an extension of most of its timelines. The web site problems are embarrassing enough, but I believe the costs of ObamaCare (both visible and hidden) will explode uncontrollably in the next few years.

Its a website for a complicated program that is attracting a lot of users. Its not surprising there are glitches. You, of all people, should understand. Hell..........the company for whom I work went from one software to another in December. And we are still having problems albeit much less than in the first 6 mos. Similar problems occurred when Romneycare was implemented and their websites are working fine now.

Getting those costs under control is critical, and I believe even Democrats (other than those abject idiots Pelosi and Reid) would agree. Otherwise, we're going to keep having these battles every time we hit the debt ceiling.

Obamacare does not have to carry the burden of correcting this country's fiscal problems. In fact, what has been done so far is doing a very good job of bringing the budget deficits to an end. You all need to relax about the deficit. While bad it is not as dire as your leaders make it out to be.
