Put yourself in the mind of a non-working white man who's been a loyal (D) his entire life, has voted (D) without fail, and been rewarded with more entitlements and guaranteed cradle-to-grave government. Now, the party you've made yours has brought America, and your bread-n-butter, right up to the brink of economic disaster. The party seems to have been taken over by anarchists, nihilists, crazy people. How can you possibly vote for these guys next time? Especially if "your rep" in your district is a Democrat? Are you going to vote for a loon who might kill the golden goose that feeds you, puts a roof over your head? Are you going to contribute your time at political rallies, like usual? Or, are you going to not vote at all or hold your nose and vote (R), for stability?
