ARRS 2% convertible debt redemption is out of money, and it has no influence on stock moves. A waste of time similar to talks with boutique market makers periodically. The business plan of remote wifi however may increase top line sales volume of Moxi set-top box. Over bought /over sold of market makers made stock moves predictable..
