Agreed and a viable alternative.

I have been accumulating some excess reserves to buy some property.

So although not the maximum certainly better than the going rate at a bank.

It has no cost to me and it ties up much less than 75,00 in margin.

The goal of the selling of puts is to buy the stock cheap ina bad market.

Next goal is to watch the waves of up and down.

Watching premium build and ebb has taught me a lot that goes o n with EW and cycles.

Extra income and learning as I wait with cash reserves to buy on the nest debacle if there is debacle.

A portion of my portfolio that intentionally stays liquid for such events.

If / when I spend my excess cash I'l have a wonderful income stream - I sleep good with that.

Thanks for the good thought and comment.
