The massive debt and deficits were created, not by spending, but by Republican tax cuts not being balanced by Republican spending cuts. It's only justice they be undone by the reverse.

It's SO easy to cut taxes, SO hard to raise them, and SO hard to cut spending. In the end, a solution will be arrived at that cuts spending ( I really hope if falls HARD on the military first) and raises taxes, mostly on the wealthy.
