I hear you... But of course simply repealing or defunding ObamaCare does not constitute a reform plan.

The conservative plan has been around for years:

Tort reform to eliminate 98% of legal suits
HSA accounts
Interstate competition among insurance companies
Competition among hospitals and doctors by posting pricing
Less Government regulations
Not adding 30 millions aliens to the insured list
Free enterprise which would not give a free pass to those with
preexisting conditions. If you don't take of yourself you pay extra
Eradication of medicaid and medicare fraud.
etc......

Is that enough of a plan when Obamacare is repealed?
