Remember how everyone was going to save money... I never believed this for one second. You can't take a super expensive system, create a hundred new agencies and hire new armies of paper pushers... then, scare the insurance companies by forcing them to accept sick people without previous insurance... make things far more complicated - and in the end this will save money? LOL.
