Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) - Doubled up original position w/ shares at $34.73/share

Followed you in on this one as I wanted to increase my original position. I acquired my shares from the EP acquisition/merger (7/2003) which has a very low cost basis. This one will continue to be a good income producer and could see future distribution raises. Yield is 4.7% a bit on the low end but safe w/ future growth.

My strategy for MLP's is to try to obtain a net 6% distribution yield and a 4% annual growth kicker from my MLP basket. The lower yielders should have better future growth prospects and less affected by potential distribution cuts from the higher yielders.

With the current buy, position is still small at 0.8% of the portfolio. Therefore, I have room for another add at lower prices if/when the opportunity presents its self.
