I often say the same thing. Manipulation of interest rates and QE is nothing more than Karl Marx and Lenin's wet dream. They said the way to destroy Capitalism was through devaluation of the currency. Well, we're accomplishing that for them.

Let interest rates float free and get rid of the Fed and we'd have a free market currency, which would work to reduce friction in the marketplace and allow for a far more efficient and effective means of price discovery and allocation of capital to ensure we maximize economic growth. That is why the Fed really is a stake in the heart of Capitalism. They are all about controlling the price of money to enact stealth taxation through purchasing power erosion and inflating the debt away. It's taxing the 99% for the sins of the 1%. The exact opposite of what the Dems claim they want.

Now, I've read that the IMF is advocating for a one time Capital Tax of anyone who has a positive net worth to bring the global debt burden back to 2007 levels. WTF! That's stealing and again impacts the innocents to bail out the rich people who created the problems in the first place. If the debt is unpayable, then don't pay it and work it out in bankruptcy court. That is the free market way and it puts responsibility on those who created the problems, not the rest of us.
