"I've read that the IMF is advocating for a one time Capital Tax of anyone who has a positive net worth to bring the global debt burden back to 2007 levels. WTF! That's stealing and again impacts the innocents to bail out the rich people who created the problems in the first place."

Who do you imagine a Capital Tax would fall on most heavily, MM? Poor people? Middle class people? How do you imagine it "bailing out" rich people?
