This is getting ridiculous.

There is a lot of difference between accepting local currency and pricing in local currency.

I'm pretty sure that Intel accepts local currencies (there are countries that actually require this in some channels). However they PRICE things in US$ and (my guess) convert the money into $$s as quickly as possible.
