NASDAQ to vote Thursday (Dec 11) on dropping 3400 stocks
to B.B. status. Beyond that no other information was given.

I heard this on CNBC television broadcast this morning
and thought I should politely pass it on, with my best
wishes for all on the thread. Perhaps then, no reverse
split is good news.

My outsider-guess is only that Rubin will include thoughts
about himself during the adjustment. I've not kept up
with CAFE good enough to guess more at this time.
