There's hardly any info included in this release. How many shares? How many options/warrants? What option strike prices? Overall I am disappointed in the news release. It is very sketchy on details which makes me very suspicious. Also, the small amount of $ raised, it actually seems like a trivial amount compared to what will be needed to advance their many projects. Just one small investors humble opinion. Larry
