it's all the lower maryland rich areas, areas where people live like I do on 5-20 acres. But the dems threw in baltimore city areas of DENSE black populations to cancel out the spread out white areas, and the black inner city precincts have voter turn outs of 100-110% so cheating is massive in those areas and not the upper class white areas.
