You can't see metaphor used throughout sciences of chemistry, astronomy, or evolutionary biology, this really proves how blind & ignorant (stupid) you are then, metaphors are used just everywhere we look.
Almost certain that the emergent molecular evolution started in the hot/cold gradients surrounding the sea vents, in frozen temp oceans. Since all life comes from water, is composed of water & still today we see those phytoplankton blooms responsible for 50% of all the photosynthesis & oxygen production on earth. In fact the entire basis for oceanic food webs depend on these algae zooplankton & the oldest living colonies we still observe today in the stromatolites date from 3.5bilyrs back.
So follows naturally that abiogenesis would begin in water, try & debunk that. If you can accept the Big Bang theory, the beginning of life can be traced similarly, all the way back too. Thats if you have the reasoning & deductive powers of a 12yr old or older. The web of the food chain still indicates this 3bil yrs later, the coral reefs still the most significant gardens of the sea, theres another metaphor for you.
