Accounts created doesn't actually mean they applied. So its more like at least 144,657 people have applied.

But even take the larger number, then double it because its "at least". Its still a drop in the bucket out of 315 million plus Americans and 115 million+ households. Esp. considering the effort was heavily promoted, gives subsidies to lots of people, and comes with a mandate to get insurance.
