To OFW,

We confirm that your inquiry is correct. Further to your inquiry:

1) None of these shares have been pre-sold.
2) The work preformed is of a strategic corporate nature and will not be discussed.
3) The results in our opinion should reflect to the Company in the first quarter of 1998.
4) We have converted at approximately 50% market premium or 15 cents a
share, this converts a debit to equity.
5) Our activity on the thread is voluntary and not part of any contractual basis with the Company. We will continue to participate in the future and hopefully maintain an open door as best as possible for the SI investors.

Speaking as a shareholder, our bet is the stock will be over 15 cents. We are putting our money where our mouth is. We agree with you.
News is still expected Wed. on Big Foot for the record, we have no pre-knowledge of production, but as soon as we get an indication we will post.
