They should. Remember, we are not talking about being certified, we are talking about a State License. The State has no business issuing licenses for anything. I should be able to buy goods and services from whom I want on a "buyer beware" basis.

Yes, I know this will never happen, but it's a good rule to use when approaching the subject.

The minor law all States have that really annoys me is that a person who cleans teeth HAS to work for a Dentist.
