Only curious why you would purchase 40k shares of something you thought so little of.
there are quite a few other reasons for VASO recent price decline:

1)runup in anticipation of the AHA meeting - then sell on news
2) NAZ comp in a severe slump since end of Oct.
Since the price drop on 11/11, the COMP has only had 5 up days with an increase over 20 points - VASO price moved up on 4 of those days.
3) end of year tax loss selling

VASO has been moving in synch WITH the mkt - not against it(along with thousands of other issues).
