This is exactly why the Feds should not have a hand in ANYTHING that should be the responsibility of the STATES. Let the STATES decide how they want to govern and compete for the populace. That is the FUNDAMENTAL reason for the Replublic's design via the Constitution. LIMITED Federal Government and States RIGHTS.
