Thanks for passing on that info. Have sold several k during the last weeks. I have a very large position in coke, partly my own accrual and partly shares which devolved to me through several generations of coke "collectors". Will stay long on remaining shares but glad i reallocated some recently. I guess coke is at the crossroads; now that diddling its bottlers doesn't seem such a great idea it will have to think of a new strategy. I'm betting that it will. -- dulane
