More then likely, he has good coverage.. CD is a well-travelled guy.. Besides, now a days, even with ICBC insurance and depending on the type of Visa used to rent the car, you'd have very good coverage (-deductible).. The fact that it happened in USA means and he was not at fault, law suit will be the order of the day.. Americans are used to that..
