Well, there is some truth to that. Greenspan created the irrational exuberance and then later blamed the markets. Fed intervention is a very powerful force for destablization. I see it threaded all throughout the last centuries economic history. The Fed creates the problem and then claims they have the solution. It's an endless cycle of insanity.
