ARRS have substantial debt; if it were held by public, bond traders would discount 30% after 3 months. Then return to face value upon maturity. Some corporation bought back their own bonds at 90% discount. This time ARRS had privately paced debt, no one will sell back. Next time debt has to be well planned..
