Everything depends upon the negotiations between all companies which have had their bank accounts affected. My suspicion is, KWG/SGV/EAG will survive, at what cost, i'm not sure. Amalgamation of all good assets is positive, there will be no debts, improved overall cash position, and a focus on good potential projects. Gauthier, must have been fully aware of the money transfers, if not, he shouldn't be there.
What is important is, there are 4 institutional investors, heavily involved. Gauthier has no choice , but to work this out, these institutional investors are the key to further financing. What dilution is going to occur among all players? I don't know, but, Gauthier has a large stake in SGV/KWG.
One question, i have is, Peter Miller was let go from all connected companies including Islandic, then Islandic turns around and rehires Peter Miller and asks for Gauthier's resignation, Gauthier must have been involved in the money transfers.
This problem has to be solved quickly, time is against us.
Just my observation. |
